Ingredients
- 3 tsp dry yeast
- 500 g rye flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 380 mL water
Instructions
- Ensure the rye kneading blade is attached to the bread pan.
- Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the recipe above.
- Select Menu ‘07’ (3hr 30 min), make sure the size is set to M and press start.
- When the cycle is complete, turn out and allow to cool before slicing/serving.
