Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes Dutch Cream, Desiree, or Sebago
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sprig rosemary leaves roughly chopped
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into even sized pieces. Mix well with vegetable oil and rosemary leaves. Place potato pieces on wire shelf in middle shelf position. Place a microwave-safe dish on the base for dropping oil.
- Select program number 23, Roast Potatoes, and start.
- To serve, transfer roast potatoes to a serving dish and season with salt flakes.
