Ingredients
- 180 g Sliced beef belly sliced into bite size
- 80 g Honshimeji mushroom cut
- 80 g Brown swordbelt mushroom (optional)
- 30 g Red pepper cut into 1cm pieces
- 30 g Green onion cut into 3cm long
- 1 pc Garlic sliced
- 1 Ginger sliced
- 400 g Warm rice
Sauce & Marinade
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1½ tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- ½ tsp Caster sugar
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for sauce & marinade into a bowl and mix well.
- Add all the cut-ready ingredients to the sauce and stir well.
- Spread the marinated ingredients in the centre of the grill tray and do not overlap the beef.
- Place the tray on the lower shelf of our Panasonic Combination Microwave, select Combi 1 and set it up to 10-12 mins.
- Serve the cooked beef and vegetables with warm rice.
