Ingredients
- 300 g Cauliflower
YOGHURT SAUCE
- 4 tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 50 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- Pepper A pinch
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- Parsley A pinch and finely chopped
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized florets, rinse and drain well. (Note: If the florets are too big, they may not get properly coated with sauce.)
- Mix the yoghurt sauce in a bowl, fold in the rinsed and drained cauliflower florets, and turn out into a gratin dish (a shallow, heat-proof dish).
- Place the dish on the wire shelf, slot the shelf into the middle shelf position, and cook on Combi 7 for 15 minutes.
