Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 350 g bread flour
- 15 g butter
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 260 ml water
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 40 g of walnuts
Instructions
- Add the yeast, flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and water into the bread pan.
- Add the walnuts and chocolate chips into the nut dispenser.
- Select the program “Basic Raisin Bread” (with SD-R2530 Program 18) and choose your desired crust browning.
- Once baked, take out the bread pan and put the loaf on a cooling rack, once cooled slice up and enjoy!
