Gluten Free Banoffee Choc Chip Bread

⁣Gluten-free dough is generally more difficult to handle and its structure is more fragile. Thus, bread machine like this Panasonic SD-YR2550 is an excellent choice for gluten-free bread. There’s minimal handling, just add the ingredients and press start!

Ingredients

  • 240 ml water
  • 3 small bananas mashed
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • 450 g gluten-free flour self-raising flour blend
  • 1/4 cup choc chips
  • 2 tbsp choc or caramel spread of choice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in order from top to bottom. Add the yeast to the yeast dispenser.
  • Bread maker settings: menu 14 (gluten-free bread), dark crust
  • Press start and Bake until the bread maker stops
  • Once the bread is done, allow it to cool down slightly and then remove it from the bread basket
