Ingredients
- 240 ml water
- 3 small bananas mashed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 450 g gluten-free flour self-raising flour blend
- 1/4 cup choc chips
- 2 tbsp choc or caramel spread of choice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in order from top to bottom. Add the yeast to the yeast dispenser.
- Bread maker settings: menu 14 (gluten-free bread), dark crust
- Press start and Bake until the bread maker stops
- Once the bread is done, allow it to cool down slightly and then remove it from the bread basket
