Ingredients
- 350 ml Water
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 4 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Medium eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar or honey
- 450 g Gluten free flour
- 1 ½ tsp Yeast
- 50 g Grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g Sundried tomatoes chopped
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list
- Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust
- After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing
