Ingredients
Dough
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 250 g Strong white flour
- 250 g Pasta flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp of Mixed herbs
- 300 ml Water
Instructions
- Put the dough ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above. Set the bread maker to the PIZZA DOUGH program 45 mins.
- When the cycle is complete, remove the dough from the pan onto a floured worktop roll out to a 32 cm x26 cm rectangle. Place the dough onto an oiled enamel tray.
- Spread with your desired topping.
- Place into your Panasonic Combi Microwave and Bake on CONVECTION 200°C for 12 minutes until golden brown
