Ingredients
- 450 g Braised Steak cubed
- 30 g Seasoned Flour
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Red Pepper deseeded and chopped
- 400 g Canned Tomato (chopped)
- 175 g Mushroom
- 400 ml Hot Beef Stock
- 45 ml Tomato Puree
- 30 g Paprika
- 5 g Sugar
- 60 ml Sour Cream
Instructions
- Toss meat in the flour. Combine all ingredients except the sour cream in casserole dish.
- Cover, place on the base of the oven and cook on 440W for 40-50 minutes or until the meat is tender. Remove from oven immediately and stir in the sour cream.
