Ingredients
- 2 Cups finely chopped leek
- 2 Cups diced butternut pumpkin
- 1 Cup sliced mushroom
- 2 Cups arborio rice
- 4 Cups vegetable stock
- Splash of white wine
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 Cup fetta cheese
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients from top to bottom excluding the cheeses into the rice pan
- Select the porridge setting and press start
- Once it is cooked, stir through parmesan and fetta cheese
- Serve and garnish with chives
