Ingredients
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped beans
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1-2 star aniseed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients and place together in a 3-litre casserole dish.
- Place in Microwave and cook on P10 for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove from Microwave, stir, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Garnish to your liking.
