Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa power
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
- 260 ml water
- 50 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except for the choc chips, in order from top to bottom.
- Bread maker settings: Menu 9 (Soft rapid). Medium loaf, Light Crust
- Knead the dough
- Take out the dough paddle and then mix in the chocolate chips when the machine beeps
- Bake until the bread maker stops
- Once the bread is done, allow it to cool down slightly and then remove it from the bread basket
- *Serving suggestions: with a smear of nut butter
