Chocolate Bread with Walnuts & Choc Chips

Some common pantry ingredients and the Panasonic SD-R2530 Automatic Bread Maker are all that’s required for this Chocolate Bread with Walnuts and Choc Chips recipe from @busykitchenette. The ‘Raisin Bread’ mode makes light work of the kneading, proofing and baking process for set-and-forget simplicity!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 350 g bread flour
  • 15 g butter
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 260 ml water
  • 40 g chocolate chips
  • 40 g of walnuts

Instructions

  • Add the yeast, flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and water into the bread pan.
  • Add the walnuts and chocolate chips into the nut dispenser.
  • Select the program “Basic Raisin Bread” (with SD-R2530 Program 18) and choose your desired crust browning.
  • Once baked, take out the bread pan and put the loaf on a cooling rack, once cooled slice up and enjoy!
